Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Terme Vocational School (VS) enthusiastically held its 2023-2024 graduation ceremony.

The graduation ceremony was attended by VS Director Prof. Dr. Erol Terzi, Terme District Governor Metin Maytalman, protocol members, academicians, graduating students, and their families. Approximately 150 students graduated from the Food Technology, Food Quality Control, Accounting and Tax Practices, Marketing, Foreign Trade, and Logistics programs during the event.

Speaking at the event, VS Director Prof. Dr. Erol Terzi stated, "OMU is one of the most important universities in Türkiye. Terme VS has particularly attracted attention in recent years with its firm workplace practices. Our educational activities are planned to meet the demand for qualified personnel required by institutions and companies, and we produce graduates who fit this purpose. With the 3+1 education model, our students receive one semester of workplace training, graduating as ready professionals. Especially in recent years, our students have received job offers even before graduation. Our school, with this application, is highly preferred, and its programs fill up 100% of the total. Today, we are experiencing the joy of graduating you. You are now a goodwill ambassador of OMU. We wish you success in your professional life. Whatever job you do, always update yourself according to the requirements of your job and aim to do your best."

Following the speeches, awards and certificates of achievement were presented to the top students. The ceremony concluded with the graduates tossing their caps into the air.
