Continuing its studies on the use of hemp in the health industry, Ondokuz Mayıs University held the second session of the Workshop on the Use of Hemp in Health.

In the workshop, working groups consisting of expert academicians on the use of hemp in the fields of burns, wounds, pain, MS and biomedical made presentations of the determined plans and projects. After listening to the presentations, Rector Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ünal talked about the details of the use of hemp in the health field and its possible project outputs. The projects will be supported and carried out by Scientific Research Projects (BAP).

The workshop session held at OMU Guesthouse was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sevim Alışır, Director of the Hemp Research Institute Prof. Dr. Selim Aytaç, Head of Project Management Office Prof. Dr. Ayşenur Büyükgöze Kavas, Samsun Technopark General Manager Ekrem Altan, working groups faculty members and unit supervisors.
