Dr. Gamze Tunçer Ünver, a faculty member of the Nursing Department at Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) School of Health Sciences, was honored with the International Research Award for her oral presentation at the VI International Nursing Congress organized by Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid.

The congress, attended by researchers and representatives from numerous countries, including the USA, Italy, India, Mexico, Costa Rica, Georgia, and El Salvador, awarded prizes to selected presentations based on jury evaluations.

Dr. Ünver, along with Dr. Oya Çelebi Çakıroğlu from Istanbul Medeniyet University School of Health Sciences, received this prestigious award for their presentation titled “Nurses' Perceptions of Toxic Leadership Behaviors Exhibited by Their Managers and Influencing Factors.”
