Informational meetings are being held at Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) participating in the "Zero Waste Project" launched across Turkey in order that the project becomes effective and sustainable.

Rector's Advisor Prof. Yüksel Ardalı, Coordinator of the Zero Waste Project at the university, met with the university staff at Atatürk Congress and Culture Center and she gave information about the establishment of zero waste system, classification of wastes, the initiatives taken and planned within the scope of the project, and the evaluation of collected wastes.

The meeting ended after Rector's Advisor Yüksel Ardalı answered the questions of the participants.
