An orientation program was held for 16 international students who joined the Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) family through the 2017-2018 spring term Erasmus+ Exchange Program.

Erasmus Incoming Responsible from OMU International Relations Office International Students Office Betül Yıldırım presented the orientation held at OMTEL Hotel. Yıldırım gave a presentation to students from Spain, Germany, Russia, Greece, Ukraine and Lithuania introducing Samsun and OMU in every aspect. Giving information about the campus and faculties, Yıldırım also answered one by one all the questions coming from students.

The international students and responsibles of the International Relations Office had lunch together after the presentation, and afterward had a campus tour and the chance to visit the faculties.

The students also had a city tour and visited the Amisos Hill and Amisos Village. Having a fun time together, the students lastly visited the City Museum where they bear witness to the past and today of the city.
