Mevlüt Özen, the Secretary-General of OKA, stated that they operated in Amasya, Çorum, Samsun, and Tokat. Secretary-General Özen pointed out the meeting held with OMU on industrial fiber crops and he remarked that OMU brought this issue forward even before Turkey discussed it. He then emphasized that Samsun could become the capital city of industrial fiber crops.

The protocol was signed after the speeches. Then Prof. Yüksel Ardalı, Vice Rector Prof. Vedat Ceyhan and Secretary-General of OKA Mevlüt Özen examined the Zero Waste System in the Rectorate.
