The Third Day of FISU University World Cup Combat Sports, Held in Turkey for the First Time in the World, was the Stage of Fierce Games

FISU continued its third day with the women's Qiangshu, men's Taijiquan, women's Taijijian, men's Daoshu finals, and Wushu Sanda men's semi-finals, which are the sub-branches of Wushu.

Wushu finals started with women's Qiangshu. Hui Yu Lydia Sham from Hong Kong won the gold medal in this category. Hong Kong athlete Pak Long Sat took the gold medal to his country in men's Taijiquan, while Hong Kong athlete Debbie Yeung won the women's Taijijian final, and Seraf Naro Siregar from Indonesia won the men's Daoshu final. At the medal ceremony held after the competitions, Gaziantep University Rector Prof. Dr. Arif Özaydın and Ondokuz Mayıs University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Cengiz Batuk presented the medals to the athletes.

In the Sanda category, another sub-branch of Wushu, semi-finals were held. In the men's semi-finals, Laksmana Pandu Pratama from Indonesia in 52 kg, Shoja Panahıgelehkolaeı from Iran, and Abdullah Ertaş from Turkey eliminated their opponents in 60 kg and became contenders in the final. Iranian Hamidreza Sahandı in 70 kilos advanced to the final, while Iran's Ali Khorahıdırâbie and our athlete Yunus Emre Batan in 80 kilos were qualified to compete with each other in the finals.
