Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Engineering Faculty Metallurgical and Materials Engineering students came first in the field of Defense, Aviation and Space in the final stage of TÜBİTAK 2242 University Students Research Project Competitions within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2022 events.

The project that came first in the competitions held in Giresun between 22-24 July was prepared by Metallurgical and Materials Engineering students Öznur Akyol, Kutaycan Ağanoğlu and Caner Uludoğan under the academic supervision of Research Assistant Doctor Tuğba Mutuk.

The project team will receive the first prize at TEKNOFEST 2022, which will be held in Samsun from 30 August to 4 September 2022.
