Following the opening meeting, the audit team conducted external audit procedures in 16 academic and administrative units on December 25-26.

At the closing meeting following the successful audit process, TSE Black Sea Regional Coordinator Erol Kaygı expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation with OMÜ and the point OMÜ has reached in its quality journey. He evaluated the Quality Management System (ÜNİKYS) software as a good practice example. He mentioned that running the Feedback mechanism and Internal Audit processes through ÜNİKYS and actively using them is a great success. He extended his thanks to all the personnel who contributed to the quality work. OMÜ completed the External Audit process without any findings, and TSE decided to continue the use of the quality certificates.

Vice Rector/Quality Coordinator Prof. Dr. Sevim Alışır, in her speech, thanked the audit team and emphasized the importance of the inspections for the development of OMÜ. She mentioned that the AVESİS, LABSİS, BAPSİS, and EOPD systems support the digitalization process of OMÜ in a way that complements ÜNİKYS, providing ease of application. She concluded the closing meeting by thanking all the academic and administrative staff for their support.
