Dr. Furkan Kirazcı, a research assistant in the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at the Faculty of Education of Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU), has been appointed as a working group member to the action "CA22120 - A European Network to Leverage the Multi-Age Workforce" under the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) program.

The action aims to expand science and practice on work and corporate applications for the workforce of different age groups, addressing successful aging at work, intergenerational knowledge transfer, integration of workers within workplace age diversity, aging and technology at work, late careers, and retirement for workers with diverse demographic characteristics. Thus, CA22120 action intends to implement evidence-based practices to fully leverage the workforce of different ages and increase well-being.
