Striving to establish itself as a research university, Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) continues to expand its number of accredited programs by prioritizing quality-focused initiatives and utilizing its full potential.
As part of these efforts, OMU’s English Medical Education Program has been accredited until January 1, 2029, following an evaluation by the Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Medical Education Programs (TEPDAD).
OMU Rector, Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın, emphasized that the accreditation of the English Medical Education Program is a testament to the university’s commitment to high-quality education. She stated:
“The improvements and development process in our Medical Faculty’s English program reflect our dedication to achieving excellence in education. We will continue working to provide our students with world-class education.”
Highlighting the importance of this achievement in enhancing OMU’s international recognition, Prof. Dr. Aydın further remarked:
