According to the protocol, which grants specific priorities to retirees, joint activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, courses, social programs, and informational meetings will be organized in collaboration and coordination between the two institutions.

The activities to be implemented aim to improve the quality and standards of life for retirees, support their ongoing personal development, promote active aging, and maximize their life satisfaction.

OMU's commitments under the protocol include offering various educational and social opportunities through programs such as the "Third Age University," "Lifelong Learning Center," and "Continuous Learning Center." Additionally, expert retirees will be prioritized to teach in programs related to their fields, sharing their knowledge and experiences with the necessary support and expansion of this practice provided by OMU. Retirees will also be facilitated access to university social facilities, camps, swimming pools, and other amenities.
